How we should load initial data from M3 to datalake via Stream pipelines? Couldn't find any documents anywhere?

The above-mentioned KBs are not accessible.
Those are public KBs AFAIK. I suggest you check with your companies Support Admin ... or others. I am not deeply familiar with M3 to advise and there are several KBs that are linked to this topic. You might post the topic in M3 community.
Also a comment on your opening question.. "...datalake via Stream pipelines?.." Streaming Pipelines is the outbound from Infor to your cloud destination. I believe you are referring to in the M3 Application Streaming to Data Fabric. also referred to as Streaming Ingestion.
Use API EVS002MI and select transaction Initiate from M3CE. In FILE write the M3 table name and remember to select DTLK. DTLK has 2 options, 1 for streaming ingestion to Data Lake (or other systems connected to the pipeline) or 2 for batch initial load to Data Lake which is much faster (Data Lake only)
