Hey Everyone,

If you could take some time to review/endorse some of our recent enhancement requests it would be much appreciated.

1.) ER#107970 - PO Document Template For PO Code 

• We need a specific document template for specific PO codes.  Ex. Consignment, capital, service, bill only, repair, etc.

2.) ER#107641 - Contract Spend and Vendor Spend Report

• Infor does not provide a delivered contract or vendor spend report that is easy to review and utilize.  Having these reports will help Supply Chains with reporting and contract compliance.

3.) ER#107578 - Improved Early Delivery Date Logic From EDI ACK04 Values

• Currently the ACK04 values sent from vendors through EDI are updating the early delivery dates. There are multiple types of ACK04 values so we need to have more logic built into Infor's process so that the early delivery date updates with a valid estimated delivery date. Details attached. A ship date should not be updating an estimated delivery date without some logic.

4.) ER#109476 - Associated Items - Enhance and add additional fields

• The associated items form is very limited in functionality and usability. We need additional fields to control and reference subs and complimentary items. Adding an inactive/active field, adding an option to create and add substitute codes, and an option to add comments would make the associated items and autosub function much more usable

5.) ER#104398 - View order history via scan on MSCM handheld device 

• Many of our staff members are front-line staff with limited access to computers/workstations, but regularly use the handheld devices. We are asking for a functionality to be added to MSCM in which a staff member scans an item and sees an option showing "order history" for that item, which would allow the user to view past orders, quantities, dates, etc.

6.) ER#107036 - Inventory Intelligence Engine Processing at The Location Level 

• There is not a way for these owners to run the engine at just their locations to see what recommendations Inventory intelligence has.  We need the engine to be run at the location level.

7.) ER#106986 Enable Multiple GTIN UOM Options for Contracted Special Items

• Currently we can only assign one GTIN value for special items on contracts. We need to be able to assign multiple GTIN values for items with multiple UOM's as we will interfacing data from our contract master.
