We are looking for feedback from anyone who has any experiance using a 3rd part CRM application with Visual?

Specifically, we are interested in...

Which 3rd party CRM solution specifically (Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics, etc.)?
What were some of the reasons that solution was chosen?
How is data continuity maintained between Visual and the 3rd party CRM. In other words what software, services and/or procedures do you use to achieve data continuity between the two.
What version of Visual are you using?
What, if any, issues / challenges were encounter in implementing the CRM solution to work with Visual?

We just purchased ZoHo and the integration connector through Synergy. Our GO LIVE is in January 2025. Auto updates between Visual and Zoho. Looks impressive so far.
