We have a pay code set up to tax at the supplemental rate, however, it does not use the supplemental rate we have set up. Does anyone else have this issue? If you have a supplemental rate set up which works, could you please share your set up.
This is an example of one that we have set up. We have several Pay Codes using this rate and have not had any issues.
