I have a problem with General Report writer where it seems to think it is in DEMO mode.
I have never seen this before - I did a lateral move from 2012 servers to 2019 servers.
I did a complete new install of GRW....
We run from a Terminal Server.
GUI connects fine - shows all users and all customer reports - but it errors and cannot find @COMPANY10 (basic)
So the reports do not run.
I can run in CUI and the reports all run - my issue there it is not reading the print list (genptrs file)
the 60d log says it is in demo mode.
95% is working, connecting, all custom reports are there - but it think it is in DEMO mode.
Can anybody shed some light on this ?
