We are in the discovery phase of what is involved with turning on HRT/GHR Payroll. We are currently processing payroll on v. 10 S3. We have been live with HR Talent (GHR) since 2018, using Chart of Accounts (on the HR Organization Structure Configuration Tab). When we attempt to enable Payroll in HRT we get a message that Finance Enterprise Structure must selected for Payroll. We would like more information to fully understand the implications of switching from Chart of Accounts to Finance Enterprise Structure. Has anyone gone through this process? If so, can please share any feedback on things we need to be aware of. We do have some custom flows in place for Chart of Accounts.
We did see that turning on Finance Enterprise Structure cannot be reversed once it's turned on and that a data copy is not possible unless all environments have this feature turned on.
