How to remove error OCHEAD is Locked by active job :OIS390 RLNATH 378631?

While we are entering a CO return in OIS390 in 1st line, we are not able to change the records due to below alert,

What is the way out apart from using Business Engine Jobs and killing the job from there , Is there any other way possible to kill this problem?

You should have a look to the CRS418 function. See the KB 2049295

Thanks Denis..We tried with CRS418 function as well but we couldn't fix this problem in CO returns OIS390.
