We have had several occurrences of a trading partner sending multiple POs in a single 856 transaction. This is contrary to GHX standards, and Infor's current handling of this issue needs improvement.
Such a transaction currently causes an Async error that requires a lot of manual intervention to resolve. And until it's resolved, no other EDI PO receipts are processed, as Async fails them with a "checkpoint in use" error.
We submitted an enhancement request to suggest a better way of handling this problem, and would appreciate your endorsement.
