Role to allow for Paycheck view

Hello,

We want our HR administrators to be able to view pay check history. We have this set up in Lawson S3, but are moving to GHR and see that it's not part of the Adminsitrator_ST role. What do others do? Do you have a custom role?

I previously worked with a client who wanted HR Generalists to be able to view and answer employee questions based on the pay stub. They did create a custom security role to allow for the Generalists to view pay stubs.
