We use the Infor Syteline Service App to schedule installation appointments. When an installer is done, they mark the appointment "Complete" on the mobile app and this in turn marks the appointment "Complete" in Syteline. We want to create a workflow that notifies the GM when an appointment is marked complete and have created one that looks at changes to the IDO. The problem is that it doesn't appear the update to complete from the mobile app happens at the IDO layer. Has anyone found a way to do this? We are cloud, so we do not have access to the database.
