Enhancement request to create an editable field on the Requisition that would become the Attention l

The enhancement request is for an editable field on the requisition profile page that will default the submitter's name but can be edited to someone else (not from a list). This field would transfer to the PO and appear as the Attention line for the shipping address.

Currently, the attention line defaults to the Buyer but in some instances the recipient of the package is not the buyer.

Hi Milena - Have you tried using Comments on requisitions and PO's? They can be printed on the PO, receiving document, delivery ticket, etc. How would this compare to that functionality? It sounds interesting, but I'm trying to understand how they would differ. Thank you!

We do use Comments, however, it is not a solution for our punchout orders. The Comment field is not mapped to the shipping information. If it is in the comments, someone would have to look at the PO and read it, then update the shipping information.
