Our Cybersecurity department is looking to bolster our security across the org and one of those items is our external candidate space site. We already know the options for adding restrictions on password character counts, alphanumeric, expiration date, etc. but they're looking for possibilities like 2 factor authentication. I see in Infor Documentation there's an option for a captcha for password resets, but this is still lacking for when someone creates a password (and AI can read captchas anyway, not sure how much use they really are).
Has anyone implemented additional security protocols for external candidate space that they can share? Or if it's even possible to do something like this?
FYI -- we're still using the legacy .zip file customization, haven't converted to the new version (Jobs Web Application). If there's additional functionality with the new version of candidate space, it would reinforce/speed up that project.
