Anyone else have where they ran the transaction interface in run in edit and interface if no errors and there end up being some lines that have errors. The transaction lines that didn't have errors didn't create a journal and the uninterfaced lines go back to the transactions to interface. Looked all over in system to what happened to the lines with no errors and could not find in unreleased, released etc. and posted and looked in account analysis and finance transaction detail. We wanted to delete this run group of these remaining lines to re-import the file to start over. It will not let you delete the run group says journalize not complete for this run group. However, as I mentioned we could not find what happened to the good lines they just disappeared so there is nothing to journalize on the rungroup. Does the edit and interface if no errors ever work if there are some errors.
Opening a ticket with INFOR on this but also note we also had this issue some time ago where some of the good lines created a journal but not all lines and we had to open a ticket with INFOR to have them help fix this- it involved deleting something in the background as well as reversing the entries it did create and then re-import the original file and start the process over.
