In Cloud M3CE, is it possible to know if the e-mail has been received by the recipient

hello,

In Cloud M3CE, CRS945/949 can be used to ensure that a document (purchase order, invoice, etc.) is sent to a customer or supplier when the document is edited.
How can I be sure that the e-mail has been received by the recipient?

Hello,

You can check in MNS270. If the Partn Data has "!" sign. It means document has been sent outside.

there was last week a similar question.

You can check (or build check) if the e-mail is sent; if the e-mail is received is a different story.

I think one option could be to make sure that you have the from mail setup as a real mailbox, then you might capture bounces. Might be worth testing.

I tried sending a mail from my own mail box to nonexistingemailaddress [a] gmail.com. I got the undeliverd mail returned to sender.
