Hello, my name is Richard Twigg and I am new to Infor. We are using the standard session for time sheet submission and approval (bptmm1111m200). Are there "Out of the box" notifications to employees if the timesheet is approved or disapproved or why it was disapproved. As approvers have different time durations that they perform this action, employees don’t know when their timesheet is reviewed/approve, etc., employees would need to keep going back in the system to see if this is completed over the weekend. If their time is not approved, there is no way to determine if this time is rejected/declined, or if the Project Manager hasn’t reviewed this yet. Basically, how can I set reminders that timesheets are due? Send an email to the Approver when their employees timesheets are done, Send employee notification when they are approved. Thank you.
