We are experiencing difficulty with the development of a file needed for our medical benefits vendor. We utilize out of the box solutions for Life Events and Employee Enrollment Updates. The use of these solutions has increased the number of failures in our vendor file. Are there any other Infor clients who utilize Benefits and Payroll with Infor and have successfully created a file for Regence (BenefitFocus)?
