Is anyone using Infor to send out incentive agreements for candidates (relocation, sign on, tuition assistance)?

I'd recommend the Special Incentive action for a one-time payment. Be aware this action is not available until the candidate has been hired and the resource record exists.
What is that? I've not heard of that before.

A Special Incentive is a one-time, flat-amount payment for e.g., sign-on, referral bonus, or relocation/tuition reimbursement. It can be initiated by a Manager or Compensation and routed for approval.
Find your Resource > Compensation Tab > Special Incentives Panel > Request Special Incentives
