New Menu Function created in MNS110 is not getting reflected

I have added a new Menu in MNS110 but doesn't get reflected in this list.

I did tried logging Off and login again but no result

Yes the changes are consistent.

I even tried with M3 Std and a new custom version as well, But no luck

And isn't this linked to a problem of access rights and security?

Has it been added to the M3 menu?

I think this is the (only?) one in use nowadays
