I feel like such a chump having to ask this but I can't even get a straight answer out of multiple attemps in support incidents. Where are the Pegasus downloads now?
Hello Peter,Its not clear, took me awhile too!You need to 'Access Infor Customer Portal' from the Infor Conceirge home page.From there, use the search top right hand corner to locate the downloads.For example: Pegasus Opera 3 Release 2.97.00 Public ReleaseHope this helps.James
That is the way I was told as well. However when I first tried this I couldn't view the relevant KB articles and they had to tick a box somewhere to allow me to view them.

Oh, thank you: it's not just me!
I searched and got 4473 answers! OK, limited that down to KB - Product Line - Pegasus Opera 3 and still 143 answers!?! The KB - Version doesn't even list 2.97.00 as an option and is an unsorted list.

I've had support staff attaching KB documents to the incidents because I couldn't access KB articles they were mentioning - but that happened in the old system anyway so wasn't something I attributed to the new system.
OK, I got through that list and, other than the ironic "How to search for Knowledge Base Articles" being on page 3, still can't find a download.

I too get 4872 results but it is sorted - Think you need to enter the full name of the ISO you are locating.James
If I type in Version 2.97 with no filters and I get the following:
If you get a different number of responses, it suspect you have the same tick box error I originally. I logged this with Pegasus case number CS0217756. Hopefully they will be able to look it up and apply the same fix.

Not sure Colin, but this is what mine looks like - there is an archive release tab as well:
Just the instant messenger at the top of the list on mine. Archive also only has 2010 items.

I have had this reply from Pegasus via my BDM
We did not give Partners full access to the Infor Download Centre as we wanted the downloads in one location and a location we could control easily. I use the fee’s the Partners pay to drive this through the systems so the Partners can access everything.
Partners can download via the new Customer Portal using KB numbers or searching for the release number. If the download is before March 2024 they will get looped back to the Concierge as Infor decided to store the data there rather than bring it across to ServiceNow.

But it was handy seeing all the releases in one area.
And also seeing a forthcoming release on the horizon.
