I created a custom group to look at the job code and department on the Job Requisition. We are looking to send out a communication based on the the ATS Workflow Step. The custom group is not 100% working. It sends the communication to all job codes even though some are required to be in a specific department. It is ignoring the department logic completely. Has anyone else created something like this? I've tried to change the logic many different ways and no matter what I do it keeps ignoring the department logic. Thank you.
