I'm hoping that someone may have seen this one before.
One of our customers have recently gone through IT domain changes and all users have had new PC's.
When reinstalling XRL the folders within the LsAlchemy folder are missing with the only folder being Vision. This means that the connection cannot be made within the client setup as the options for Opera3 etc do not exist.
We have been troubleshooting and have tried things like turning off AV, reinstalling as a domain admin etc but nothing seems to be making a difference.
To work around the issue we have copied the folders from an off site install and pasted them into that location and it seems to get XRL working.
Has anyone else seen this issue before and can point me in the right direction?
