Looking into if I could plug a variable or something in here that the report will default send to the user. Anyone encounter this before?
we create two default records for each on-desk user: an archive and an email, with the printer file blank. Then if we don't define specific outputs for any given document, they'll get the output emailed. This is part of our new user process. We have one blank for user and for printer file that will archive any document that someone creates, so it goes to IDM. We don't create these for operators in distribution & manufacturing unless they request it for some reason.
