I have a need to be able to get the previous supervisor's email after an employee is transferred.
When an employee is transferred and the work assignment has been updated, I need to be able to automatically send an email to the previous supervisor. We are setting up Cross-boarding in Transition Management and would like to send an email to the previous supervisor with some information and follow up that they need to do.
Has anyone been able to do this?
