I'm having problems generating the file for the HRM JSON export. It shows I have 8 not processed but it will not generate the file.
However, payroll did receive the XML file format. Could it be an issue with the Flow To Proces File?

No, I opened a ticket the same day as well and the flow process is not fixed now for the JSON export. We did however run into another situation, but I believe Ella and Joe are working to resolve.
