Purge Absence Plans in Mass

In S3 we have an LP331 to mass purge to delete plans assigned to employees. I am unable to find a purge program in GHR. Is there one and if so, where do we run it from? We have looked everywhere, including the Doc site.

I can see you can go to an employee and individual delete plan. Need to be able to do it in mass by plan or employee group like the LP331 allows you do in S3.

Have you looked at Purge Data under Administration Console/Database. You can select the Business Class and some criteria to purge data that do not have their own purge programs.

I will check with IT area and see what options are there. This would not a role a user will have. In S3 we can run the LP331 ourselves. I can understand not giving it to all roles but would think the HR Admin role would be able to do this. In S3 we do limit who has access to do purging. Thanks for the info on where to look for it.
