Data Provisioning Service

Hi all,

Is anyone else having reports of an error when trying to run the DPS in Payroll - "Unknown Member - the underlying connection was closed; An unexpected error occurred on a send"

Customer still on a 2012 server but where able to use with no issues last week so wondering is this HMRC or is it the server?

Hi Claire,

What Opera 3 release is the customer on?

Looks to have been a Scheduler update with 2.97, as per the following:

"A new version of Pegasus Scheduler (2.21.10) is available to resolve an issue where an ampersand is contained in the HMRC generated password in the Data Provisioning Service."

Many thanks James, I'll take a look into that immediately as their Scheduler is 2.21

Hi James, I got 2.21.10 applied but still same error however we had workaround in place for MTD on the customer site where we have SQL Express and Scheduler on a PC so got them to try doing the DPS from there and it worked - so the issue is all down to the 2012 Server.
