Other Pay Rates and Employee Export to S3

We recently started having a problem with Other Pay Rates not flowing across to S3 in our Employee Export. The Other Pay Rate is added to the Base Pay Rate which results in the Total Pay Rate. An example of this would be an hourly longevity stipend which is added to the base pay and could apply to more than one work assignment. It appears that the rate is going across to the LT11 record, but the LT111 is not "seeing" it. There have been no changes to the Employee Export, no changes to our GHR or S3 versions and no changes to the LT111 process. I have submitted a support ticket and they are advising us to try the delivered flow. As a school district, we are getting ready to process our first payroll of the new fiscal year. I can't mess up payroll for over 6000+ employees by not having enough time to test the delivered flow. I'm stumped as to why the employee export has been working for the past three years and now it isn't. At this time, I'm planning on doing an ISD download of Other Pay Rates and then uploading the Total Pay to PA13.1 for the affected employees. I can test the delivered flow later in the fall. Has anyone had this issue happen to them? Any suggestions as to what I should be looking for?

If you are still seeing the Other Pay Rate on LT11 then the issue probably isn't with the Employee Export flow. If the Employee Export was the issue then I would not expect to see the Other Pay Rate on LT11. Have you checked LT10 to see if the Other Pay Rate is still flagged as an Interface field and HR10 to make sure the security didn't change on the field. Also, if you check an audit record for an employee whose rate passed and one that did not do you see the field and value on LT22? These would be some of the first places I would check. Also, if you have a custom Employee Export flow, like we do and most others probably do, have you checked to see if a higher version was released by Infor than the one you used as a baseline? Infor might have changed how they extract and populate the field in LT11.

Thank you for the reply! One thing I forgot to mention is that we are on prem. I have passed your suggestion about the export version on to the developers to investigate. We already looked for an updated version of the LT111 and we are on the latest version, unless there is a fix that we can't seem to locate in the new Concierge.

When I look in the LT10, in the Employee selection, Addl Rate, Addl Rate Job Code and Addl Rate Position are marked with an X to interface. In the Position section, there is a Base Pay Rate and Pay Rate, but they are not marked.

When I review some test cases for the upcoming year, I'm not seeing the other pay rate passing to LT11, so it might be the employee export, which I'm guessing is why support asked us to put the delivered flow in the system to check it. When I review the logs from the export process, I see the base pay rate and the total pay rate showing for the individuals. Somewhere there has been a disconnect. Thanks again for your help and any other suggestions are much appreciated!
