warning on Titran

I have a client user that is creating sales orders in SOP and when they print the confirmation and error appears cannot create file in \server 03 server vfp static and dynamic reports .......

What can be causing this error and how can we stop it appearing

Hi Andrew,

Possibly permissions? Can you browse to the path? Create e new text file in that area?

If it's intermittent, almost certainly AV

Every time we have had it has been AV related.

In the last few months we have found MS Defender has re-activated despite 3rd party AV being installed. Probably an MS update we suspect.
