Question from User Point of view

Dear all,

Our organization has implemented FSM about 18 months ago.  I am the accounting supervisor and my team has a lot of questions about how to use the system.  

I am wondering whether this is the right user group to post the questions from the end user point of view. If not, could someone lead me to the right community?

Sample question : What is the process to upload a journal through ISD?

Hi Barry - 

Good afternoon!  Short answer, yes, you are in the right place.  Feel free to ask questions within these community forums.  

But, longer answer, I am a bit concerned about your sample question and whether that is indicative of the other questions you may have.  That example question should have been covered early on in your project, and certainly before you went live.  There are some resources you should have at your disposal that also should have been provided during your project:

First, there are three welcome packages put together by the Support teams to answer common questions.  I will link one (Landmark) and the other two are linked from there.  Lots of good stuff there:
