Work order not scheduling
OK fellow members, here is the issue. We have a fabricated part [part A]. We have several work orders, all created from the same master, that are in firm/release staus. all of the work orders have the same base ID. They have seperate lot IDs that are in want date sequence. Lot 10 want date is before lot 11 ect. The work orders involved go from lot 10 to lot 19. Yesterday, lots 10, 11, 13, 16, and 17 did not schedule past the first operation. [first op did schedule] lots 12, 14, 15, 18 and 19 scheduled normally. Today, lots 12, 14, 14, and 16 did not schedule past the first operation.
The second operation card does have a min of 1 and max of 2 for resources. All of the work orders are the same.
Looking for ideas as to why this is happening. These are the only work orders doing this in our system.
