I just wanted to point out a couple of enhancement requests that we've entered to see if they might benefit anyone else. #112263 relates to adding the option to close the next action status to finalize for quality requests. #104519 is a sales management request to add the field OBTEDL in OIS064 (CRS109), deferred/future consideration.
