We are encountering an issue with our IPA workflow. Specifically, when using an IPA to approve transfer actions, there is a custom field on the transfer action that contains important data. However, once the transfer action is approved, the data in this custom field is completely wiped out.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any insights on how to prevent the data from being erased upon approval? Any guidance on how to retain the custom field data after the approval would be greatly appreciated.
