Long time lurker first time poster ... Im stumped!!
I have a customer that has a document design that they email out, sometimes the description doesnt show.
Its not a batch process just an individual invoice.
The design that is saved in Sales is fine, a reprint is fine, but occasionally (not all cases) it just doesnt print.
Unfortunately its intermittent so I (so far) have been unable to recreate, either in printing to file/screen or emailing
Any ideas on what could be the problem? Thanks in advance for any help
