I am looking for the setting in FSM that does not allow backorders. All of our requesting locations are set to KILL, but when a requisition is created and the SOH is below the demand, it puts the remaining to be filled on backorder. When the SOH reaches the level to fill that demand, then the status goes to complete and is shipped. The problem is that we are used to KILL, so that remaining portion is not being picked. I remember a setting in V10 that could control this, but I cannot seem to find that same configuration in FSM. I hope that I am explaining this correctly.
