Last week (Oct 8, 2024) on change pay rate loads and this week on time record loads we are experiencing ISD upload time out issues with Infor CloudSuite. We have to stop the load, close Excel and restart everything. It makes it time consuming with multiple results files, so becomes messy. I understand there were Excel updates from Microsoft that may be impacting the ISD plug-in. Has anyone experienced these same issues and/or what information can anyone provide? Thanks in advance.
