990 Reporting-Payroll Reports

I asked this question several months ago and am asking again since we have had several updates/CUs since then. What payroll reports do you use to identify and report on employees who make more than $100k for 990 reporting? Our tax department would like to see the information at the legal establishment level. I'm struggling to find a way to report to that level of detail. Any insight is appreciated.

I am not sure this is the best option, since our reporting capabilities are limited, but I use the Wage History/Wages by Quarter and then select the period and NO for Non Earnings and NO for Non Cash Income, to get true gross wages. The downside is having to then total the spreadsheet to get an annual total or fiscal year total by employee. Lastly sort high/low. Clucky but works. It would be great if they could add a Total by employee option (similar to the Deduction History). I would be interested if there are better options available.

Please give the Payroll Detail Listing report a try. It is the equivalent to the old PR260 report. On the report you can select the check dates to include. It will have the Gross Totals you are seeking. You will still have a bit of manual work to find the employees who exceed your criteria but that should be the only manual work I think you would have to do, based on your description of the data you are seeking. The report was released in July of 2024..

Infor is planning to further enhance the CSV export of the Payroll Detail Listing as well as the Payroll Register report with totals.

Please contact me via your CSx if you have any input on what you would like to see in the CSV export once you have tried the reports as I am gathering the requirements for that enhancement.

I have tried the Payroll Detail listing but unless I am overlooking it, it doesn't allow legal establishment level of detail. If try to personalize it, I get an error message. I have not found the payment detail listing to be as useful as I hoped it would be.
