We're having an ongoing issues with Job Applicants and New Hires forgetting usernames and passwords. And, while Infor offers a Forgot Password feature there currently is no functionality for users to select Forgot Username to be able to take action on their own to log in to their Candidate Experience page to be able to search and apply for jobs, accept offers, et cetera. This is an issue because Infor allows users to update their email used for correspondence. However this email update does not synch with their login username so often they are trying to log in with the new email and/or utilize the reset password function with the incorrect email. The current error message only shows them that "The Username or Password is Invalid", but doesn't differentiate which. So unless the candidate is certain of their username they're not able to login or reset their password effectively without escalating it to our Recruiters and/or HR Technology team.
We need to have some way for our applicants and new hires to be able to verify their login usernames on their own without having to escalate these issues to our Recruiters and HR Technology Teams.
