What are the dates of when the configuration management application cannot be used because of cumulative updates?
For a standard monthly service release (3rd Saturday starting midnight EST) SSP is put into maintenance mode the Friday before at 8 AM EST. I believe it's opened up again Saturday around noon.
This is largely to protect against data moving from source to target and db schemas not matching. Mainly an issue for some longer running data refreshes that can take 24 hours to complete.
Infor is having some discussions on how to narrow this window and potential improve here regarding data refresh.
