Hi, the user opens Excel and clicks on the XRL (1.77) Logon icon. They wait for a minute and eventually the following timeout message appears:

Click ok and the user is taken to the XRL Maintenance form.
In the Maintenance form, the user highlights the Opera 3 SQL SE option in the grid, which is red circle white X, and clicks Test Connection. The response is Successful.
Save and close.
As long as the user remains in Excel, they can log in and out of XRL with no issues.
However, as soon as the close Excel and reopen, the cycle begins again.
We have set the Maintenance > Timeout option to 1000 seconds, but same.
From Excel if I use its Data option and connect to the SE SQL db. directly, it is fine.
I logged this with Pegasus but they haven't come across this before.
XRL has been uninstalled and reinstalled but same.
Any ideas or options we can try?
