I understand that this may be an uncommon situation, as there are not many customers utilizing EWMS with FACTS MC. I would like to inquire if anyone has experienced the following scenario and if you are aware of a potential solution.
Under the EW tab there is a program that allows you to upload the records into FACTS – either by application code(S) or everything that is in the system. Files get populated into data/EW/EWPICK, EWMISC etc. I believe there might be a missing build of lot records for MT/MK records – file MCBLOT. This file is keyed by WH, Ticket, maybe line no. and Lot.
When we run the Production Register we get an error message – basically the system can’t balance the details because the MCBLOT records are missing.
