DO/RO Receipt issue

We're having an issue where we've done our pick in FT and printed the Delivery Note with the correct amount picked but when the product is ready to be received in M3, the DO/RO Receipt shows less than what is picked and shipped and what is on the delivery note. Has anyone else run into this issue?

We came across one instance of this, but maybe a little different. The user picked & packed the right qty, but the wrong qty printed on the Delivery Note. The correct quantity populated through the rest of the system just fine. We created a case with Infor, but couldn't find the root cause. The calculated field &DLQT was somehow mis-calculated, but we couldn't figure out why or how. To my knowledge, that's the only time it's happened, but who double-checks the quantity on every line? I'd expect to hear from customers if it was happening more often.
