We are running M3 13.4 on Prem. For inbound logistics we store the Bill of Lading in PPS360 (PDNHEA.IHBOLN). This field has a length of 14 characters and we currently receive ASNs that have BoLs longer than this, which means our team has to truncate what they enter. For ASNs processed via our integrations, the data automatically gets truncated.
This causes issues for our Trade Compliance team when they report to US Customs.
We are looking at storing the full BoL in an additional field but does anyone know what the field length is for CloudSuite?
