We want to automatically move all applicants in Applied New to Rejected Recruiter step once a job req is closed. We'd also like to have a specific disposition reason attached to it. Has anyone done this in Infor?
We disposition candidates by selecting "all" that were not hired, then go to Not Selected, select disposition reason, and then Submit.
We have our configuration to auto close after number needed is met. Then the req will auto close and disposition candidates as well as send an email.

Okay, so you built an actual step in your workflow then? I think HR wants a way to just focus on the applicants in Applied New step so that could work.
I did see that. But I am thinking HR only wants to focus on the Applied New step, not necessarily all steps that have candidates not dispositioned. May be something with OFCCP I think.
