Could we get endorsement of WR 115061?
Description:
Performance Appraisals - when you create the performance appraisal forms, it's a static form. The only way to update the form is to build a new form, which involves:
- if existing forms are created for employees/managers
- may need to delete them - have to create all new jobs that run the auto creation of appraisals using the new form(s)
- potentially have to create a date tracking mechanism so that if an old appraisal (retro) needs to be created, it pulls the right version (old version and not the current version)
We're asking for the ability to update form templates without the need to delete / re-create review appraisals.
Business Impact:
This creates a lot of work to implement a new form and is inefficient We have to figure out how to build this so that the new form is used going forward and in cases where there's a retro form that needs to be created, use the 'old' version that corresponds with the retro date.
Work Around:
There is not one.
