Pick Reporting option for a physical inventory

Hi, does anyone have any information on how to create a physical inventory record (cycle count) via the pick reporting option? ChatGPT tells me to use MMS305 and CMS005 but these screens aren't available in my domain.... It also mentions MMS080 but cannot see any options on this screen in relation to pick reporting

Are you talking about creating a stocktake during pick reporting (through MHS850) if available stock reaches zero ?

Hi Maxime, thanks for getting back to me.

In MMS300 we have 4 options for creating a physical inventory, 1. Cyclic 2. Periodic 3. Zero-point and 4. Pick Reporting.
When chose, the system displays an error message stating option 4 is not available, and when I click field help it says it ''cannot be created manually, the system will automatically create it when prompted'' but I'm trying to find out how to trigger the system to generate this? I can't seem to find anyone who uses this option!

It can only be triggered by MHS850MI API, i mean when you report a pick (COPick or DOPick for example) through MHS850 and if the stock reaches zero.

To activate this, check MMS010 and MWS010-I parameter 560

M3 will then create a stocktake havin gphysical inventory method = 4.
