How to pull a distinct into a Landmark transaction node

I am utilizing a simple Landmark Transaction node to pull back item location information. For some reason it is pulling thousands of duplicate rows. How do I pull just 1 time the unique record is returned? I am scratching my head at why it is doing this Below is from the properties:

You have configured a MultipleRecordQuery with a filter relying on the OR logical operator. I would expect a good number of InventoryLocaitons would match your filter. Do you have an event triggering your flow ?
