Action Request Titles

Does anyone know where the work unit title gets defined for HR Action Requests?  I'm working on a change to how we do transfers and I would like to include the effective date in the title so those looking through the Inbasket can see when an action's effective date is at quick glance.  It looks like the title right now is "Transfer <HROrganization>;<Employee>-<EmployeeName>;<WorkAssignment>-<Position.ShortDescription>". I'm guessing on a few since the value is 1 which could be HR Org or Work Assignment for the person I'm testing.  I looked through the delivered IPA TransferHR flow as well as the LPL for the WorkAssignment.Transfer action but couldn't see where this value was being set.

The only place I am ware of that you can update the Work Unit title is in the flow itself. I have had to add the effective date to our HCM titles for the same reason.

First step was to add a Landmark query on the PfiWorkUnit to get the current WorkTitle based on the PfiWorkUnit which is a variable called WorkUnit.

Based on our needs, I then created a javascript to split the WorkTitle into two parts. I split them by ;

Then I created a New WorkTitle using the formula of 2nd part of the Original WorkTitle + ";" + 1st part of Original WorkTitle + ";" + the futuredate

Finally, using a Landmark Transaction, I updated the PfiWorkUnits WorkTitle with the new WorkTitle again assigning the variable WorkUnit to the PfiWorkUnit.
