Layout of Engineering masters

Hi, we have been using Visual for almost 2 years and we are looking towards using the scheduling feature of Visual. However, when we watched the video of how the scheduling feature works, we realized that the structure of our engineering masters needs to be modified first.
Anyone using the scheduling feature that has some advice for me? Our engineering masters are very complex because we build custom enclosures for pharmaceutical companies.
