Cycle counting (physical inventory) documents output to excel, rather than PDF

We have an issue whereby our daily physical inventory count sheets are outputted to a PDF file, is there any way we can get the count sheets to output to Excel format? I have tried converting the original PDFs to excel via an online converter but the data doesn't display correct (certain text in the PDF combines to the same cell in the excel file making it unreadable).

Not sure of your M3 version and/or your use of IDM, but are you able to change the service from M3_IDM_XML to M3_IDM_CSV in MNS204 for the printer file that you are using?

We are currently running V13.4 (moving to cloud soon) - and we use IDM... I will look into the MNS204 settings.

If you're On-Prem and using Streamserve (Opentext) you can add this output option inside your Print Project (requires design knowledge though).
