Hi, is anybody else having issues with this again?
We've had a couple of customers suddenly getting message they are unable to update the settings, although OFM has been working for years with no issues. I eventually checked registry and data path shows as C:ProgramDataApplication DataPegasusOFM. Setting full permissions on that folder has resolved the problem.
I've been trying to install OFM on a new (to me) laptop here and nothing was installing to C:ProgramDataPegasus folder, and I got same message about permissions. It had actually installed to C:ProgramDataApplication DataPegasusOFM.
Pegasus say nobody else has reported this. Are you all so great you found the issue no problem (unlike me), or have your customers not had latest windows updates yet? I think that's what's caused the issue, although again Pegasus say no.
It would be good to know it's not just our customers.
